Terms of sale & privacy

Who sells

The files are sold by HOLOVID SAS, a French company (share capital €1,500, trade register RCS Bergerac 987 882 016, registered office: 35 rue Fonbalquine, 24100 Bergerac, France, EU VAT FR16987882016). Prices include applicable taxes. An invoice is available on request via holovid.cloud/contact.

The product

The Novelist's Kit is one ZIP archive containing two hyperlinked PDFs (250 pages each): the right-handed and the left-handed version (mirrored navigation bar). It is a guided writing journey: the novel is prepared on the tablet, the final text is then written in the buyer's writing tool of choice, as stated on the site. The Comics & Manga Maker's Kit is one ZIP archive containing two hyperlinked PDFs (257 pages each): the right-handed and the left-handed version. Each kit comes in the language (English or French) and for the tablet (reMarkable Paper Pure or Paper Pro) selected at checkout. The Paper Pure editions also fit the reMarkable 2 (identical screen). Links open with a finger tap (reMarkable software 2.6+). reMarkable's handwriting-to-text does not apply to PDFs, a platform limitation. The comics kit is a pre-production tool (script, storyboard, ready-to-draw pages): final inking, tones and coloring are done in a third-party app after export, as stated on the site.

Payment & delivery

Checkout is handled entirely by PayPal. The seller never sees your payment details. Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you are redirected to your download page. Lost your file? Contact us via holovid.cloud/contact with your PayPal receipt and we will resend the link at no cost.

Withdrawal right

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you request immediate delivery and expressly waive your right of withdrawal once the download begins, as allowed by EU consumer law (art. L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code) for digital content supplied without a physical medium. This does not affect your guarantees: under the French legal guarantee of conformity for digital content, a defective or misdescribed file will be brought into conformity or replaced at no cost.

Mediation

Under French consumer law, if you have contacted us first without a satisfactory answer, you may refer the dispute free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by Holovid: CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, phone +33 1 89 47 00 14, cm2c.net, litiges@cm2c.net.

License

The file is licensed for personal use: your own devices, your own printing. Reselling, sharing or redistributing the template is not allowed. Everything you write in it is yours, including commercially: only the template design is protected. Embedded fonts (Inter, Source Serif) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

Privacy

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers, analytics or remote fonts. It has no accounts and no data-collection forms: the checkout form only sends your chosen product reference to PayPal, never data about you. Payment data is processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. The seller only receives PayPal's payment confirmation (name, email), used solely as proof of purchase and for support. Support emails are used only to reply, then deleted. Hosting logs are handled by the host under its own policy. The only thing your browser keeps is your language preference (FR or EN), stored locally and never transmitted. You may exercise your GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure) via our support page: holovid.cloud/contact.

Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction.
